I have been training, consulting and coaching most of my working life. Looking back, I realized that two major events transitioned me into new careers.
After Hurricane Katrina, I parked my graphic design business and worked as a coach and territory manager for a major weight loss company. In 2011, I started 2 restaurants over the next decade, working with customers to develop teas and food that accommodated a variety of allergies. When COVID came, I stepped into the world of coaching.
I love that my coaching studio attracts clients from so many of my life experiences. It seemed an unusual mix at first: new coaching business start-ups, metabolic syndrome and weight struggles, and helping parners with their loved ones recovering from alcoholism & addiction. I love the variety of this coaching style, and I am always excited to see what they “choose” as their best life.
From “dis-ease to ease,” I am so very fortunate to work 1-on-1 with people who also needed a co-partner to help them reduce their suffering and step into a life that focuses on them, for a change. All within a private, safe environment. I hope you’ll reach out to discover what my clients did: how to reduce suffering and find joy…even in the midst of life’s chaos.
